FAQ
- What am I paying for?
- Visibility while I race. Your logo is on the suit through the swim, the bike and the run, and in every photo taken of me on the course.
- What if I don’t finish?
- Nothing changes. You pay for the promotion during the race, not for my result, so a DNF doesn’t change the deal.
- What if a race is cancelled?
- I tell you as soon as I know, and we agree together which race your logo goes to instead.
- Can two brands share a spot?
- No. Each spot goes to one brand. Once it’s taken, it shows as sold on this page.
- Which logo files work?
- A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) prints sharpest. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have and I’ll check that it prints sharp at your spot’s size. Every print size is in the rate card.
- When do you need my logo?
- As soon as we’ve agreed on the spot. The deadline depends on when the suit goes to print, so I give you the exact date when I confirm your spot.
- How do I pay? Do I get an invoice?
- Once the spot is agreed, I send you the payment details and an invoice for the amount on the rate card.
- How long does my logo stay on the suit?
- For the races we agree on when you book. Tell me in your message which races you’re interested in.
- Can I book more than one spot?
- Yes. Add spots to a package and send one message with the full list and the total.
- Can I see my logo on the suit first?
- Yes. Select a spot, upload your logo and it appears on the 3D suit. The file never leaves your device, and you can download the result as a mockup.
